I am sorry you have been having so many equipment problems. I reviewed the account and show that your device is out of the one year warranty. There are a few options that we can offer. One, you may have a certified like for like replacement. The charge would be $50.00 for the out of warranty. The other option is that we can offer an upgrade now. I have changed your dates to reflect 09/25/2009 as the upgrade date was 01/2010. If this is an option, you may also use your $50.00 New Every Two discount along with any mail in rebate.

So that is what I did. I cashed in my NE2 discount and got myself the Samsung Rogue. It's purty. I like it.
