i got laid off on friday. i am really bummed. i couldn't fit all my stuff on my motorcycle so my friend jody brought it over to me later that night, with a beautiful orchid and a pint of mint ice cream. i curled up with the ice cream and a drink and sat on the couch doing nothing til midnight. yesterday was also spent doing nothing on the couch, that and sleeping a lot. i figure monday will come soon enough and then my current reality will really sink in and my new job will be looking for a job.
