Oreo Bites

What is chocolaty and covered in chocolate? Oreo bites!

I took a package of oreos and pulverized them in a food processor. I then mixed in an 8oz package of cream cheese. Fridgerate for 30 min or so. I rolled them into little balls and stuck the balls in the freezer while I melted 2 packages of chocolate (double boiler system). Pop the balls from the freezer and coat them in the chocolate. Lay them out on wax paper and stick them all in the fridge when you are done. They are very rich and yummy! Goes great with a cup of (lightly sweetened) coffee. I want to try orange flavoring and mint flavoring in the future.
